about us

angel valley is born from the wishes of its founders, ian galamiàn and jakob elsker: a place that's comfortable, safe, focused on writing without the usual pressures associated with it. with that in mind, a valley was chosen as the setting, a place where every member can create their own home and explore their own stories.all of this, writing in english! either because you feel comfy in the language or because you wish to practice your skills, here we will write and speak using that language.still, if you have any kind of trouble or doubt, and you don't know how to express it in english, don't worry! use spanish, everything will be alright.this is a safe space. in the valley, any kind of discrimination is forbidden, while kindness is the most important rule.

the main language of this project is english. as such, the writings presented at the end of the month must be in english.respect
as we said before, this is safe space. we will not tolerate any kind of disrespect to your well-being, identity or mental health if you choose to join us. pronouns must be respected, as well as race, gender, sexual orientation or any other characteristic that conforms our member's sense of self.
this does not mean mature or difficult subjects cannot be touched upon your writing. you're free to explore any themes you wish in them, using the appropriate trigger warnings. this rule applies to the interaction between members of the project.hiatus and leaves
as you are free to join, you're free to leave. in that case, we only ask you to leave a message in the page's inbox telling us your name + fc + code, to make our jobs a little easier while cleaning the space. if you are in the middle of an hiatus, but do not wish to leave the project, please feel comfortable to talk to us, the admins, so we can support you and save your place while youe imagination or time allows you to write again.faceclaim and multimuse
all faceclaims are accepted. multimuse accounts can join too, but you will have to choose one faceclaim to use in anything project related. still, while doing your narrative acts, you are free to write with any face or as any muse you want.mutual support
while sharing your writings is not an obligation, we will have a group for you to do so, if you wish. because of this, we invite all our members to give feedback everytime a member post their acts, knowing that is not easy to share our words.formalities
you must be part of all the groups, have both (2) of the admins added and have the project as your place of work on your profile.how to stay in the project
three days before the end of the month, every month, we will make sure you have done the minimum to stay with us. this minimum consists in 2 narrative acts, which need to be at least 100 words each.
in this project, we will only have two types of activities, narrative and off. all narrative acts will be, at minimum, drabbles. drabbles must be 100 words or more. there will be no maximum, you can explore and write as much as your imagination allows you.the points system will be words. every word you write gives you 1 point. if you write 150 words, you have 150 points.narrative acts: points depending on how many words you write.
off acts: 50 points each.example: in february, the limit to share with us your activities will be the 25th. in november, it will be the 27th. you will need at least two writings of 100 words each, 200 in total.to keep track of your activities, we will make a post a few days before the due date so you can comment your chronology. you have total freedom on how you want your chronology to look like, it can be either a separate post or be made in the replies to your own comment. however, for your chronology to be taken into consideration, you must specify (1) your writer hashtag, (2) for each act you make a valid link to that activity, (3) the total amount of points you earned with that activity and, at the end, (4) the total amount of points you earned during the month considering all instances in which you gained them.example:
